Sustainable Biomass Energy
Our Process
Every tonne of biomass fuel we ship has moved through the same six-stage line — collected, prepared, dried, processed, tested, and delivered — traceable from field to furnace.
At Rashmi 6 Paradigm, we transform agricultural residue into certified biomass fuel through a sustainable process engineered end-to-end — from the field, through our Kharagpur facility, to industrial customers worldwide.

We source agricultural residues, forest residues, and dedicated energy crops through a responsible, traceable supply chain — turning waste that would otherwise be field-burned into feedstock.
Feedstock · Farm to gate
Collected biomass is sorted, cleaned, and reduced to a consistent particle size — the groundwork that determines everything downstream, from burn efficiency to pellet durability.
Sorting · Cleaning · Size reduction
Moisture content is carefully reduced in our rotary dryers, using energy-efficient techniques calibrated to optimize every stage of processing that follows.
Moisture control · Energy-efficient
Depending on the end product, biomass moves through specialized processing lines — pelletization, carbonization, or activation — engineered for consistent, specification-driven output.
Pelletization · Carbonization · Activation
Rigorous lab testing checks every batch against international standards for quality, consistency, and environmental performance before it is cleared to ship.
ISO 9001 · ENplus compliance
Finished product moves through an efficient logistics network to industrial customers across power generation, water treatment, food processing, and international markets.
Logistics · Domestic & exportUnedited moments from the Kharagpur facility floor — inspection, kilns, conveyors, and the finished product ready to ship.
Our process is never static. We invest in innovative technologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality — staying at the forefront of sustainable biomass processing as standards and customer specifications evolve.
